JFI can provide a PCR test at the airport within 45 minutes by appointment only . If you do not receive a response to your request after filling out the information below, that means that you do not have a confirmed appointment; we recommend you try and find an alternative solution.  You may also call (317)658-9914 to see if there is an available time slot.  

The cost is $155.00 - $300.00 per test based on the travel circumstances - weekday, weekend, etc.
